Hop into the magic with our Enchanted Easter Event at Kidz Wishing Well! Join us on March 28th from 9:00AM–11:00 AM for an afternoon filled with festive fun for little ones. Children will enjoy: • Face painting • Free play in our indoor playground • Easter crafts • Dance & movement time • An exciting Easter egg hunt • Snack & organic juice box It’s a joyful celebration designed for play, creativity, and sweet holiday memories.

Cancellation Policy
General Participation Agreement By enrolling your child in any Kidz Wishing Well service, you acknowledge: Children participate in active play, movement, and group activities. While safety is always a priority, minor bumps, slips, or falls may naturally occur in children’s play environments. Health & Wellness To protect all children: Children must be symptom‑free before attending. Sick children may be asked to go home. Kidz Wishing Well reserves the right to deny entry if a child appears unwell. Behavior Expectations We strive to maintain a positive and safe environment. If a child’s behavior becomes unsafe or significantly disruptive: A child may be removed from the activity if necessary. No refunds are issued in these situations. Events & Workshops: Event and workshop tickets are non-refundable. If Kidz Wishing Well must cancel, a credit or reschedule will be provided. Photo Permission Photos or videos may be taken for promotional use. You may opt out by submitting written notice. Massachusetts Legal Notice This agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In accordance with Massachusetts law: Parents/guardians acknowledge that recreational and educational child play activities involve inherent risks. This waiver is intended to release Kidz Wishing Well, its owner, staff, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from ordinary negligence to the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law. This agreement does not waive protections related to gross negligence or willful misconduct as defined under Massachusetts statutes. If any portion of this agreement is found unenforceable under Massachusetts law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Venue for any dispute shall be the appropriate court within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
