Kidz Wishing Well – Parent Agreement & Participation Waiver Welcome to Kidz Wishing Well! We are committed to creating a safe, joyful, and enriching environment for children and families. The following agreement helps ensure clarity, safety, and smooth experiences for everyone. Enrollment or participation in any program, party, class, event, or workshop confirms your understanding and acceptance of the following:General Participation Agreement: By enrolling your child in any Kidz Wishing Well service, you acknowledge: Children participate in active play, movement, and group activities. While safety is always a priority, minor bumps, slips, or falls may naturally occur in children’s play environments. You voluntarily assume responsibility for your child’s participation. Parents/guardians agree that Kidz Wishing Well cannot be held liable for injuries that occur during normal play or participation in activities.Health & Wellness To protect all children: Children must be symptom‑free before attending. Sick children may be asked to go home. Kidz Wishing Well reserves the right to deny entry if a child appears unwell. Behavior Expectations: We strive to maintain a positive and safe environment. If a child’s behavior becomes unsafe or significantly disruptive: Parents may be contacted. A child may be removed from the activity if necessary. No refunds are issued in these situations Summer Programs & Mini K-amp: Registration secures your child’s spot. Payments are non-refundable. Missed days are not eligible for refunds or credits. Make-up days may be offered only if space allows. Medical Authorization: In the unlikely event of an emergency, you authorize Kidz Wishing Well to seek appropriate medical assistance for your child. Personal Belongings: Kidz Wishing Well is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Massachusetts Legal Notice: This agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In accordance with Massachusetts law: Parents/guardians acknowledge that recreational and educational child play activities involve inherent risks. This waiver is intended to release Kidz Wishing Well, its owner, staff, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from ordinary negligence to the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law. This agreement does not waive protections related to gross negligence or willful misconduct as defined under Massachusetts statutes.
